PAC Annual Report 2022-2023

The Public Affairs Centre Annual Report 2022–23 highlights the organisation's expanding role as a public policy think tank working across governance, data analytics, monitoring and evaluation, social accountability, and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). During the year, PAC strengthened collaborations with government departments, academic institutions, multilateral organisations, and civil society through research projects, policy advisory services, institutional capacity building, and data-driven governance initiatives. The report documents new memoranda of understanding (MoUs), organisational milestones, research across multiple thematic domains, project implementation strategies, publications, internships, and knowledge-sharing activities. It reflects PAC's growing emphasis on combining rigorous research, digital innovation, and evidence-based policymaking to strengthen governance and public institutions across India.
