PAC Annual Report 2020-2021

The Annual Report 2020–21 captures PAC's resilience and adaptation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite operational challenges, the organisation continued undertaking action research on governance, public health, education, livelihoods, urban development, and social accountability within the Sustainable Development Goals framework. The report highlights project implementation, the activities of the Centre for Open Data Research (CODR), policy engagement, virtual training programmes, and institutional innovations introduced during the pandemic. PAC strengthened evidence-based decision-making through data analytics, research partnerships, and community engagement while supporting governments and development partners in addressing emerging governance challenges during the public health crisis.
