Dr. Shreejata Niyogi
Research Officer
Dr. Shreejata Niyogi holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the Institute for Social and Economic Change (ISEC). She also holds a Master’s degree from Jadavpur University. Her research interests include gender studies, intersectional identities, feminist criminology, and qualitative research methodologies.
Before pursuing her Ph.D., Shreejata worked as a journalist for two years, gaining experience in the media industry. She has also served as a Research Consultant at the Institute for Social and Economic Change. Her hobbies include reading classic Bengali novels, listening to music, watching movies, and enjoying Indian classical dance performances through videos.
