Former Director of the Ali Yavar Jung National Institute of Speech and Hearing Disabilities (Divyangjan), Mumbai, with extensive experience in strengthening rehabilitation systems, professional education, community-based rehabilitation, inclusive disability services, assistive technology, universal design, and national and international collaborations. Has led research, capacity building, and policy initiatives across government institutions, academia, and international organisations.
