Audiologist and Speech-Language Pathologist with over five decades of experience in clinical services, rehabilitation, teaching, research, institutional leadership, and disability policy. Former Director of the Ali Yavar Jung National Institute of Speech and Hearing Disabilities (Divyangjan), Mumbai, with extensive experience in strengthening rehabilitation systems, professional education, community-based rehabilitation, inclusive disability services, assistive technology, universal design, and national and international collaborations. Has led research, capacity building, and policy initiatives across government institutions, academia, and international organisations.
