Development Professional and Policy Adviser
Prema Gera is a development professional and policy adviser with over three decades of experience in poverty reduction, women's economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, sustainable livelihoods, and inclusive development. She has worked extensively with the United Nations, international development organizations, philanthropic foundations, and civil society organizations. She currently serves as Adviser to the Development Alternatives Group and as an independent consultant to national and international NGOs, foundations, alliances, and multilateral organizations. Her expertise spans strategic planning, programme design and management, partnership development, development evaluation, and policy advocacy.
