Dr. Ranjini C. Raghavendra is a public policy scholar and social scientist with over two decades of experience in digital governance, artificial intelligence, public health, gender, and Information and Communication Technologies for Development (ICT4D). She is currently Professor of Public Policy at RV University, Bengaluru, and has held academic and research positions at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM Bangalore), Public Affairs Centre (PAC), Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI), and Google Health AI. Her interdisciplinary research draws on public policy, sociology, science and technology studies, feminist science studies, and health informatics to examine the implementation and governance of digital technologies in public service delivery.
