Dr. N. Mythili is an education policy specialist with over 25 years of experience in school leadership, educational governance, teacher education, and policy implementation. She is an Associate Professor and founding faculty member at Mahindra University's School of Education. Her work spans national policy research, curriculum development, capacity building, and large-scale implementation of school leadership programmes across India. She has played a key role in Government of India initiatives, including the National Initiative for School Heads and Teachers Holistic Advancement (NISHTHA), the National Centre for School Leadership (NCSL), and CBSE's Pedagogical Leadership Programme. She has also contributed to UNESCO's Global Education Monitoring (GEM) Report 2024 (India Country Profile), Telangana Education Policy 2026 and continues to advise state and national governments on education leadership and governance reforms. She participated in the Global Education Leadership Seminar at the International Institute of Educational Planning (IIEP), UNESCO, Paris in 2024.
