Dr. D. M. Gowda

Dr. D. M. Gowda is a statistician, academic, and data analytics expert with over four decades of experience in teaching, research, statistical consulting, and higher education. He is currently Senior Project Consultant (Statistics) at PULS Trust and formerly served as Professor of Statistics and University Head at the University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS), GKVK, Bengaluru. His work spans applied statistics, econometrics, agricultural statistics, agro-meteorology, and data analytics, with extensive experience in research methodology, statistical modelling, experimental design, and quantitative analysis. Throughout his academic career, he has contributed to teaching, research supervision, curriculum development, and statistical consultancy across multidisciplinary research projects.
