Prof. (Dr.) Chidananda Reddy S. Patil (C. S. Patil) is a legal academician, researcher and institutional administrator with over three decades of experience in legal education, research and university administration. He currently serves as Director of the Karnataka Institute for Law and Parliamentary Reform (KILPAR), Bengaluru. He has held senior academic and administrative positions at Karnataka State Law University and Karnatak University, with his work spanning constitutional law, legal research, access to justice, alternative dispute resolution, human rights, parliamentary and legislative studies, and legal education. His research and academic contributions include work on alternative dispute resolution, human rights, child labour, the Right to Information, intellectual property and legal and constitutional issues.
