J. Mary Pushpa Kanthi

Her areas of interest include Competency mapping, Objective-based Performance appraisal, Talent acquisition, and retention.

J Mary Pushpa Kanthi, or Kanthi as she is known in PAC is a Programme Officer. She deals with Competency Mapping, Talent Acquisition & Retention, and Performance Appraisal. 

Kanthi has a Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management and has been at PAC for the past 13 years. Once the Senior Officer (HR), Kanthi currently lends her skill set to the SWD and IMC-K projects. 

A perfectionist and home-oriented person, Kanthi joined PAC because of the friendly work environment. When she isn't working, she loves reading and listening to music!
