The State of India's Public Services: Benchmarks for the New Millenium

At the dawn of the 21st millennium, PAC carried out a national study covering all the states of India to assess the state of India’s public services based on user experience. Using the CRC approach, userfeedback was taken from 37,000 households on five public services – drinking water, primary healthcare, primary education, primary distribution of food and public transport. Aspects covered includedaccess, use, reliability and satisfaction.
