Workshop on MGNREGS and Community Empowerment: Issues, Challenges and Prospects

The workshop would deal with various experiences PAC's CSO partners working on MGNREGS in Orissa under the CAC programme. The day long workshop would start with a presentation on MGNREGS in Orissa that would set the ball rolling. In the second session CSO partners working on reducing corruption in MGNREGS would share their respective experiences from the field. This would be followed by experience sharing by community based organisations (CBOs), monitoring committee members and other stakeholders. The workshop would conclude by discussing the way ahead in reducing corruption in MGNREGS.
