Public Rally on the occassion of International Anti-Corruption Day on 9th December
UN General Assembly, as mandated through resolution no. 58/4 dated 31st October 2003, has designated December 9th as International Anti-Corruption Day in order to raise awareness against corruption. In this connection Coalition Against Corruption (CAC) along with various like minded groupsin the city is organizing a rally on Friday, 9th Dec 2011. On the day of the rally, members/groups will gather at Town Hall at 10 am & hold placards against corruption untill 12 pm. The members/groups will then march to BBMP Head office where we will create awareness against corruption among officials and public by pinning badges which state "I will not take/give bribe".
