Public Affairs Centre (PAC) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the cause of improving the quality of governance in India. PAC’s focus in this regard is primarily on areas in which the public can play a proactive role in improving governance. PAC undertakes and supports research on public policy and services, disseminates research findings, facilitates citizen action support for collective action and provides advisory services to state and non-state agencies.
